My Story
I am Stefano Villardi, a professional who has dedicated his entire career to the bottling sector for wines and spirits. With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with numerous national and international companies, gaining first-hand insight into the importance of designing highly customised solutions.
Every company deserves bottling plants that respect not only the characteristics of the product, but also the company’s values, production lines, and corporate philosophy. Respecting these unique aspects ensures that the world can enjoy products that are all different and distinctive in their own way.
This is why, after consulting with the Client, I personally design the bottling plant based on key data, such as:
- Type of product (wine, sparkling wine, spirits);
- Specific characteristics (packaging, bottle design, type of closure);
- Company requirements;
- Available space;
- Any specific requests from the Client.
By combining these and many other factors with my experience, I design customised and “open” plants.
These are referred to as open plants because, as production conditions change, they can be updated without the need to invest in a completely new system.

Alongside design and professional consultancy, there is another important service: the sale of used plants.
A plant that is no longer suitable for one company could be the ideal solution for another.
Depending on requirements, we can proceed in two ways:
- Used with modifications: in this case, we customise the plant to better align it with the company’s needs. It remains a used plant, but with appropriate modifications;
- “As seen and approved” formula: the plant is delivered without any customisation.
